General Terms and Conditions
Nearly all orders are processed immediately after payment is received. There is no option to cancel or change an order once payment has been received.
In the rare event that your item is faulty, it will be replaced free of charge. We only require photographic evidence of the fault. There is no need to return the item.
If your package appears to be damaged, please check the contents and refuse delivery so that the item can be returned to us and replaced free of charge. Please ask the postie or courier to wait if necessary, so you can check the contents for damage. If you accept or sign for a package that is damaged, there is nothing we can do.
If you accept a damaged package we are not liable for the return costs of any damaged items.
We will dispatch your order by the method you have chosen. We will try to dispatch all orders within the time required. If your item is delayed because of postage delays or courier error, we are not responsible for this.
Even "Next Day Delivery" orders can be delayed by circumstances that are out of our control. You should always allow extra time for delivery during busy periods such as Christmas and holidays.
We are not responsible for delays that are out of our control. We will work with you to try and reslove any issues where possible.
